Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EarnBack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EarnBack. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Eligibility

To use EarnBack, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Google account for authentication
• Have a valid PayPal account for withdrawals
• Reside in a country where our service is available
• Not have been previously banned from our service

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your PayPal email is accurate and verified
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and truthful information

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Fraudulent purchases or fake transactions
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Manipulating affiliate tracking cookies
• Self-referrals or referring your own alternate accounts
• Purchasing and immediately returning items to earn cashback
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Any form of fraud or deception

Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn bonuses when friends sign up using your referral code:

• Each user receives a unique referral code
• Referral bonuses are credited when the referred user makes their first qualifying purchase
• Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in account termination
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
• Referral abuse (paid promotions, spam, etc.) may result in forfeiture of bonuses

Limitation of Liability

EarnBack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Cashback that is not tracked due to technical issues, ad blockers, or browser settings
• Changes in merchant cashback rates or terms
• Merchant product quality, delivery, or customer service issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or service interruptions

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Pending cashback may be forfeited
• Approved cashback balance will be paid out if above minimum threshold
• You may not create a new account without permission
• All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
